Sichuan, in central China, is home to a unique dialect of Chinese. This workshop will examine how the Sichuan dialect is distinct from Mandarin and other Chinese dialects. Attendees will also learn more about the culture of Sichuan, including art and its famed cuisine, and how the language of Sichuan reflects its residents' lifestyle and worldview.
