Cooking and communal dining has a prominent role in Italian culture. As Italian immigrants moved to America, recipes became an important remembrance of their homeland and a significant way to honor family traditions. In this workshop, attendees will sample Italian cuisine and learn about Italian cooking traditions and methods. We will also cover some basic Italian vernacular.
